More Pull Than Kick
More Pull Than Kick is a good way to build up your arm strength while swimming breaststroke. It increases arm strength by making the body use the arms more than than the legs, increasing your pulls per stroke. It should be practiced regularly to maintain proper arm strength.

- Every time you kick, be sure to pull at least twice.
- Swim at least one 50 in this manner.
