#-Fly #-Breast is a drill used to improve your rhythm. You can use any "#" of strokes (within reason), as long as the "#" is the same for both strokes. This helps improve your rhythm by making the swimmer match the rhythm of the other stroke, causing it to slow down it fast, and speed up if slow.

- Push off wall in streamline. No pullout; you begin with butterfly.
- Swim # butterfly stroke(s).
- Swim # breaststroke stroke(s), maintaining your rhythm from your previous stroke.
- Repeat from step 2 for at least one 50.
