Free/Back Combo Drill
The Free/Back combo drill is used to help increase your ability to roll properly on each side by exaggerating the roll. When swimming freestyle, you should now rotate the perfect amount to allow your mouth to get air.
Steps:

- Push off wall in streamline.
- Swim 6 strokes with backstroke.
- Roll to your stomach. Make this transition smooth, as if it is just a continuation of your arm's stroke.
- Swim 5 strokes freestyle.
- Roll to your back. Again, make this transition smooth.
- Repeat from step two.
- Swim at least one 50.
