More Kick Than Pull
More Kick Than Pull is a good way to increase your leg strength by increasing the number of kicks per stroke, therefore making you kick more than pull. It should be used regularly to either build or maintain muscle.
Steps:
Push of wall in streamline. Pullout is optional.
Every time you take a stroke, be sure that you pull only once, while kicking at least twice.
Swim like this for at least a 50.
